Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Solbari garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
